Classic Salt & Pepper Mill - Beech

I got both a salt and a pepper mill to match, and the beech wood looks really nice on my counter. The pepper grinder has that classic Peugeot mechanism that gives a consistent coarse grind without jamming.

The grinder feels substantial in the hand and the beech wood has a lovely, warm grain. I've been using it daily for fresh pepper on salads and it's just so satisfying. My only tiny note is that the grind adjustment takes a few turns to kick in, but once dialed in it's perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised how smooth the mechanism feels when grinding salt—no jamming or skipping. The beech wood finish looks elegant on the counter, too.
