I’ve been making pasta in it almost every night, and the white enamel interior cleans up in seconds with just a quick wipe. It’s lightweight enough to carry from stove to table too.

The maple handle is surprisingly comfortable to grip, even when the pot is full of boiling pasta water. Makes a perfect simple pot for everyday soups and rice dishes.

Brought this to a friend's cabin for the weekend and it made a huge batch of chili without any issues; the maple handle stayed cool the whole time. Feels sturdy enough for daily use but light enough to pack for camping.
