CIRCLING BACK
The grain on this birch board is gorgeous, and it’s light enough to carry to the coffee table for a quick charcuterie spread. I treated it with food-grade oil once like they suggest, and it’s already got that warm, smooth feel that makes me want to use it every day.
I was a little nervous about maintaining an untreated board, but a quick coat of food-grade oil made all the difference. It’s already become our go-to for Saturday afternoon charcuterie, and the round shape makes it easy to pass around the table.
The untreated birch surface is surprisingly sturdy for how light it feels, and after a good coat of food-grade oil it’s become my go-to for afternoon snacks. I love that it’s round, too—makes it easy to pass around the table without feeling clunky.
