I was surprised how easily this pot moves from a hot burner right to the dinner table without needing a trivet. The lid fits so snugly that my bread came out with a perfect crust and steamy interior every time.

The seasoning on this pot is so even that my first batch of cornbread slid right out without sticking. I love that it moves from the burner to the table without needing a trivet.
