The copper is noticeably thicker than my old pans, and the seamless construction makes cleanup a breeze. I’ve been reaching for it every night since it arrived.

I was skeptical about the price, but the solid copper body heats up so quickly and evenly that my sauces never scorch. It's already become my go-to pan for delicate tasks.

Heating is so even across the bottom that my hollandaise came together perfectly on the first try. The spun one-piece body feels substantial in the hand but isn’t too heavy to handle comfortably.
